Battery cells are tested before they are assembled, the chance of a single cell bad is very small After production,all the batteries are tested by using precision electronic instruments before packing and delivery to clients.
If customers receive a battery that has a bad cells, we replace a new battery for free, Cells are difficult to damage in normal use, unless man-made damage.
